Good service but make it quite difficult to cancel subscription and can't just do this online. My bad, but didn't realise it was all Ales and not a massive Ale fan but liked the experience and concept of having surprise delivery of beers to try.

Really great beer, great box, but the unsubscribe process is unnecessarily painful. They have a "Cancel your subscription" button on the website, but it just gives you a phone number which you have to call and then sit on hold for 10 minutes. I think there's a lot of services that I have cancelled and reinitiated over the years such as Netflix, where I've cancelled simply because I've felt poor, but then resubscribed later, and I think making me have to call them to cancel means I probably won't ever go back to them. If they change this process though, I would update this review and... who knows.

Great beers and prompt delivery! The big issue I do have with this subscription service is the fact that you have to call the helpline to cancel the subscription as there is no option to cancel it online. I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer which I think is really unacceptable in this day and age. But overall, great beers and I wish this business all the best!

Not happy with cancelling procedures, thought I’d completed on line, 2 weeks before next shipment, tried to get through on phone which took an age, don’t want to moan under current circumstances, eventually did to be told I was too late, paid £29 for 3 beers and rest my neighbours enjoyed Good concept but you shouldn’t need to call in todays market and also responses to emails would be good

You have to call to cancel, which is when they offer you all sorts of much better value deals. I don't love IPAs - maybe include some pilsners / light beer alternatives?

Angus was very polite and friendly. The choice of courier and fact that online cancellation aren't his fault, and he's very good at working within the limitations he's faced with.

Set up was easy and first delivery of beer was good. Cancellation was a bit challanging, three attempts to get through to an actual queue and then about a 10 minute wait to speak to someone. However once i got through the person was very helpful, chirpy abd a pleasure to deal with. They did offer a discount to continue (50% off next month) but i declined anyway as i can now get local beer delivered cheaply. Overall goid people, maybe not just enough of them.

I subscribed just for the “free” beers, with the intention to cancel straight after. Couldn’t get hold of anyone on the phone, so emailed them and blocked all future payments via the bank. To their credit, they did respond to my email and cancelled as per my request, but their written policy of cancelling by phone (that they don’t answer) is not going to win them any favours. The beers were ok, but certainly not worth the ongoing subscription fee. I’d get better beers down the supermarket/off license for much cheaper. I’d advise anyone struggling to cancel to simply call your bank and block all future payments.

I used them Monthly since August 2018, every delivery was a lovely collection of random beers from a different part of the World, furthermore, they'd take the money out my Account and a day or 3 later I had the beers = Perfect service!...HOWEVER, January 2020 the money went out and 2 weeks later no beers, I've emailed asking what's going on and every time I call I'm on hold for over 10 minutes, I understand they've changed couriers and it's ruined their supply chain, so I will cancel my subscription in the next few days if I don't get my delivery or an email reply. (If cancelling is such a hassle on the phone, I'll just tell my Bank to block them) and they'd have lost a loyal paying customer
