“I had a beer52 subscription for a few months. The deliveries were always on time and a wide selection of new beers to try, along with the snacks included!! The only improvement i would suggest to the service is that a notification email is sent a few days ahead of the dispatch/last chance to make any changes to the subscription so that customers can choose to changes they wish. I was always notified of the dispatch once it had happened but a couple occasions had wished i'd made a change or paused for a month. Today i cancelled my Beer 52 subscription but with no fault of the service received. I just don't get time to enjoy the different beers, plus the cost is just something i could do without at the moment. Douglas was really helpful when i called up to cancel and made me aware of a few benefits of discounts that could be applied to my account, but i still opted to cancel. All round a nice service.”

“Douglas was very professional and friendly. I called to cancel my subscription not because of the products, but purely down to the price and current times it’s a bit tight. I decided to stay 1 extra month to see how it goes, he deffo helped with the decision down to his manner on the phone. He’s great!”

“The beers came very fast and I was happy with the variety. Unfortunately I was unable to taste these at the moment but I did try the non alcoholic grapefruit and tonic which was very nice. I will re subscribe soon”

“Great Beer but scared of the milkshake beer 😅, great customer service. Called and Douglas answered withing 2 minutes. Helped me change my subscription to 3 months after wanting to cancel to cut down on beer drinking”

“Really interesting beers by a company who are passionate about their products, did find if a bit pricey, although they do offer discounts. Spoke to Douglas when cancelling my subscription and he was pleasant and understood the reasoning, but did offer me some good deals.”
