“Excellent product and very efficient customer service. Spoke to Douglas Munro about a refund that I was expecting. He was extremely helpful on the phone and even followed up my request with a confirmation email shortly afterwards advising that my refund had been arranged. I highly recommend this company.”

“Douglas Munro was a very understanding and very polite, customer service operator. I really enjoyed the beers but unfortunately I can’t afford the subscription ant more for change in circumstances. He made it so easy to explain to him and also give the choice to put the subscription on hold a very tempting offer. How ever I am don’t know when my situation will change and I had to decline it. Thank Douglas for your help”

“Customer service is excellent. Beers also very nice although I've not got through all of them yet. I'd like to continue the subscription but couldn't commit to that much per month. The trial pack is excellent value and unlike other similar schemes is easy to cancel, a quick simple phone call with friendly Douglas at the other end. Who knows, I may return.”

“It was just a 10 minute or so wait to get through to Douglas on the phone. The sample beer was ok but I prefer to stick to my current beer choice. Straightforward to cancel the subscription. Was offered 50% off the next case which I declined.”
