“I tried out the Beer 52 introductory offer having received a flyer in a homebrew supplies delivery. I was impressed by the concept and ease of ordering. Delivery took a while due to Covid restrictions, but the selection of beers when they arrived was certainly broad. Having tasted them all, the sweet porters and heavily hopped IPAs were not really my thing, but have certainly broadened my beer horizons.”

“Nice selection of beer. Customer service was pleasant, although the hold time was longer than expected. Cancellation process is long winded, it would be better to have the option to cancel through your online account. 4 stars as it would be more convenient to fully control your account online.”

“Phone lines busy today but once I got through to Douglas he was very helpful - no hard sell when I asked to cancel my subscription, nice and helpful. The beers are great too!”

“Ordered as a gift, so can’t comment on beers themselves. Rang up to cancel subscription as only wanted one box. Douglas was very friendly and made it quick and easy to cancel.”

“Great service for the price and a great selection. Called the helpline and Douglas was very helpful, was going to cancel and ended up staying another month as he explained I had a credit on my account, which I hadn’t noticed!”

“Turned out not to be for me - I prefer to keep the higher alcohol content beverages for my wine, and just to drink quite low alcohol beer. But great service and Douglas was friendly, amusing and sorted me out quickly.”

“Douglas was extremely helpful in attempting to locate my recent delivery, which had not arrived. He then ordered a replacement case for me and changed the courier, due to the fact this has not been the 1st time I have had delivery issues from the courier Yodel. I was very pleased in the way Douglas dealt with the problem and needless to say, this has meant I will remain a loyal BEER52 customer!”
