There was a bit of a phone queue to get through, but once through, customer services were v helpful. Doulgas was v professional and polite, spoke through all relevant options and was able to do what I needed.

I phoned to discuss cancelling my subscription as I have had it for a while and fancied a change. Discussed options with support agent (Douglas) and we agreed to pause for 3 months. This was a good outcome and Douglas was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the time I had to wait in thw queue on the phone. This is the 3rd time I have had a ~15-20 min wait

Was going to cancel ,but Kirsty explained could.have boxes less frequent and have credit for next box. So staying for the momnent.

Douglas was really helpful about my cancellation (and not pushy at all) had to wait 20 minutes but other than that it was good service. Would recommend if I had more money to justify the beers

I enjoyed the beer delivery service for 7 months and had no issues with delivery or quality of the product. Only issue faced was when I tried to cancel, held on the line for ages but finally got through to a guy called Douglas who dealt with my cancellation request quickly and professionally.

Called beer52 today and after a bit of a wait I talked to Douglas who I found very helpful and friendly.He dealt with my query very well

Cant get through on the phone line to cancel subscription but i sent an email and angus replied and cancelled my subscription for me with no problem at all.

Beer is not to my taste, but there is a very interesting range of flavours for anyone who would like to try something new, found a few interesting ones I quite liked

A solid service, a little pricey for what you get, but the beer is pretty tasty I suggest moving away from Hermes as I have always had problems with them at some point Angus was very helpful in helping me!

An interesting opportunity to taste a range of new & unusual beers. Sample selection not all to my taste, but that is the point of sampling to the make individual choices afterwards. Customer service Kirsty C was very helpful , a great Beer52 ambassador!

We love these beers! Great selections which always feel like a treat. The price is reasonable, delivery fantastic and I have always had good conversations with the team who are knowledgeable.

Got exactly what I signed up for, with plenty of opportunity to customise and change my orders. Customer service was friendly and helpful (spoke to Douglas on the phone). The website is sometimes a little pushy with upgrades and 'offers' (though I understand why)

A great bit of customer service by Douglas when I called to cancel my subscription...he even tried to keep me with some offers without sounding pushy. A tremendous asset to your business, I only more customer service was like that! One negative, the hold time to speak to someone was ridiculous - over 15 minutes of my life I won't get back! I appreciate you don't want people to cancel, but the option to do so online would benefit the customer!

Douglas was very good on the call in cancelling my subscription. It did however take more than 15 minutes to get through at my cost. I would much prefer being able to cancel on line without the need to speak to someone.
