“I have had Beers 52 for 3 months and whilst I have enjoyed the beers it didn't capture my imagination sufficiently to continue my subscription. I found Douglas Munro very helpful when I rang to cancel and they have offered me the option of rejoining at a later date when and if I should require. This is significantly better approach than many who try 'bullying' you to continue”

“Beers are delicious (though there are the odd ones I wouldn't choose myself) and the sign-up process is easy to navigate. Douglas was considerate and helpful. Without offers the service can be quite expensive.”

“Beers were overall delicious. I would say if you are willing to pay the price for variety and quality beers it's well worth it. No problems with delivery. Douglas was very helpful and polite, and was genuinely invested in trying to retain my custom, feels rare among companies! Thanks for the experience!”

“Beer 52 boxes are unique, delivery quick, customer services best yet always helpful, reasonably priced and I have never need to return a box or bottle yet. The beer varied from beautiful to the unusual. However, I would recommend to try and taste. Just watch your teeth on the chickpea snacks!!”

“Great little company, great customer service - price wise I wish they could make the beers a bit cheaper then I would have no second thoughts about keeping up the subscription. Overall a great way to discover new beers from around the world”

“Beer52 sorted a return for me today and I received a refund as promised. The customer service that I have experienced with Beer52 has been extremely positive and Angus has been very helpful and courteous in sorting this out for me. Only 4 stars because I believe that Beer52 should provide notice of forthcoming payments and scheduled deliveries in advance, rather than leaving it to customers to personally check their account to see when payments and deliveries are to be made.”

“Very friendly and professional call handling plus very persuausive based on clearly being very knowledgeable about all things beer. Also very helpful in explaining how to use earned points to offset cost of next package and then how to cancel if next package doesn't change my mind :-)”

“Delivery was very timely, the packaging looked great and it had obviously been carefully thought about. Douglas was super polite and friendly, unfortunately I had ordered as a gift for my partner and he wasn't so keen on the craft beers. I'd certainly recommend if you enjoy craft as it was a great thing to turn up in the post. It may be a nice idea to also offer a one off starter pack to send as a gift before signing up to a subscription?”

“Their customer service is great! Delivery is fast and I enjoyed almost all the beers selected, with a good variety. My only problem is the price. I get that they are imported so prices are higher but almost £30 for 10 beers it too steep for me especially when more and more craft beer is emerging at supermarkets for a fair price.”
