“For the time I was with Beer52 it was alright and the beers were fine, delivery was good and fast. However due to health reasons that does not allow me to drink I have had to cancel my subscription.”

“Customer service is prompt, personal and friendly. Douglas listened to me on the phone and offered me alternatives. Delivery was on time as promised too. Beer was good but not massively diverse. You could get 3 or 4 out of my 8 in supermarkets.”

“Great service, beautifully branded and good quality and selection of beers. Happy to support this company. Not going to lie, having to call to cancel your membership is not my favourite thing, but customer service has been very friendly and helpful - esp. Douglas with his Scottish accent, which always wins me over!”

“What you see is what you get. Good quality beers delivered to your door! I've had it for over 6 months. 5 of the 6 months have been great with one month full of beers that tastes very similar but unfortunately weren't very nice! (Forest type beers, tasted like trees!) 4 stars due to the price. £34 for 12 beers is more expensive than alot of pubs near me. I understand the concept and delivery etc etc but just feels a little too steep!”

“Nice variety of beers and helpful customer service. Annoying to cancel as you have to ring up which isn't necessary today at all. Clearly a ploy to stop customers leaving.”

“It's a cool service but not for me at the minute. It's a bit of a pain that you have to call to cancel but I get why this and the agents I've spoken to such as Douglas are nice and not pushy. I may be back some day guys.”

“It was annoying that I had to call to cancel my subscription, which took quite a while to get through (clearly designed to make it difficult to cancel) plus it only Took a minute to sign up online! Despite this Douglas was very polite and chatty on the phone and had I not been a broke student I defiantly would have stayed on longer with some of the good deals they threw at me! Thanks doug U DA MAN!”

“Great beers but expensive to continue considering lots of the choice is now available in supermarkets. Douglas was great when I cancelled, I don’t think having to call to cancel should be an option, I feel it’s a way to talk to you and convince to stay.”

“Got a free sample box of beer, all was timely and tasty, decided I didn't want to continue and called to cancel. Douglas spoke to me about cancelling, was lovely and did a good job. The reason why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because it was necessary to call to cancel, which was not indicated when I signed up for the service.”
