“Starting with the service is very simple, deliveries are prompt and the product is always good quality. It is quite an expensive service but one I considered worth the price for supporting more independent breweries. Douglas made the cancellation of the subscription very simple.”

“Hi, I signed up for promotional offer, after receiving the case I decided it wasn't for me. Phoned to cancel, agent advised me of opportunities with credit available and future purchases but still decided to cancel. This was actioned promptly... Overall very professional service”

“Got a great deal with Beer52, phones up to cancel my order as I could no longer afford it, spoke to Douglas who was incredibly helpful and also very kind and seemed like a nice genuine person. He made sure I knew that I still had credit on my account that I would lose and that I could pause my account until December.”
