“I spoke to customer service, Douglas Munro, who was very friendly and helpful on the phone and happy to help put my order on hold for a few months. The reason my review is 4 stars not 5 is because it took a while of being on hold before I spoke to him.”

“Great customer service with Angus. The beers are great and delivered on time 👍 It was very exiting opening a box of unique beers. I had to call unfortunately to cancel due to personal issues and Angus has been very polite and not pressuring at all. I’ll probably join back with the new year”

“Service and products are very good. Personally I was given the subscription as a gift and am not a massive craft beer drinker so have chosen to stop the subscription. Douglas on customer services was very helpful.”

“Douglas tactically guided me through some additional plan options to ensure I can get merry just ahead of Christmas. Although I had arrived to cancel, he wasn't pushy or too much of a salesperson rather simply suggested I might want some beer in time for Christmas, and frankly, who doesn't.”

“Douglas was great to deal with, explained that the first box was a gift and the recipient couldn’t afford the sub so changed delivery to myself and paused the sub until Christmas where they can get a discounted box if they take the sub back on. Very easygoing company and pleasure to deal with.”
