“Great beer, Douglas gave me a call to check in and gave me free beer in my next box which was sweet. Always good to have people check if you are ok with the products. Cheers!”

“Douglas was a big help. I signed up with a promotional offer and wasn't sure I could afford the subscription going forward. He informed me that I had some money as credit in my account and offered to freeze the account until Christmas and send me a discounted box of beers in time for Christmas. He was very friendly and helpful and I very much look forward to my Christmas beers.”

“Had a call today from Douglas Munro seeking feedback on my Beer52 experience. Douglas was friendly and professional, so no problem telling him all was good - I’ve enjoyed the beers, looked forward to sharing my thoughts through product reviews, and found it easy to step up to 10 and 12 beers a month then back down to 8. All good!”

“Contacted to cancel as beers weren't to my liking. Customer service was great, postponed subscription until such time as beers will be more to my taste, plus a discount. Can't fault the customer service”

“Nothing wrong with the product or service (Douglas Munro was particularly excellent on the phone) it's simply the practice of having someone ring up to cancel the subscription. It's very transparent and not a very consumer-friendly business practice, it made me not want to consider extending a membership because of the hassle that would come if I ever did want to cancel. Especially as the phone lines are only open during hours when I'm at work. I had credit remaining and could have got a cheaper box, which I more than likely would have taken if it were not for this policy. I wouldn't recommend it to friends either due to this, I know it's not worth being on hold for 15 minutes.”

“Great beer, even better customer service. Douglas was super helpful and had a great attitude, and offered me several alternatives before I decided to end my subscription - if I were a bigger beer drinker I would have stayed!”

“They have some good beers from around the world. There are some "fillers" that can be bought cheaper from the local supermarket but the majority are international.”
