“Very happy with the introductory offer and the next batch. Was going to cancel my subscription as I didn't want anymore beer for the time being. Douglas offered me the chance to delay any further subscription until February 2021 when I can take advantage of another discounted offer. Well pleased with his friendly advice.”

“I bought the beer as an ongoing present because of the great price however due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel my subscription. I spoke to Douglas who was extremely helpful and very friendly making the whole process so easy. I would definitely use Beer52 again one day.”

“Phoned to cancel, waited 5min on the line then was put through to Douglas. He was courteous and helpful, explained the pros of staying vs leaving but didn't pressure. Thanks I'll consider using the service again in the future.”

“Phoned to cancel for a time and spoke to Douglas Munro who was very cheery and helpful; I hadn't realised I had points on my account I could use to reduce the cost of my next case so we're looking forward to a very reasonable Oktoberfest box now :)”

“Just been triggered into reviewing Beer 52 after a fantastic customer service call from Angus. He was following up on an issue with delivery from a few months ago. They sorted the issue immediately when it happened and to receive this call was just another signal that they care about their client base. It was a great call, they offer fantastic service and they have a really amazing product which I took the opportunity of buying more of whilst he was on. Would definitely recommend anyone tries Beer 52. I certainly perceive they offer great value.”

“Where to start?! Great product, easily ordered, arrived safely & the box had a great design on it to! I’ve just spoken to their customer service team about future orders also and they were incredibly helpful and personable. Living abroad Beer52 has given me an amazing gift option for my family in the UK. Knowing I’m supporting a smaller business with great staff just makes it even better. Keep up the good work!”

“Excellent customer service. Ringing the number gives a personal touch however I think you should be able to deal with issues such as cancellation via the website.”
