“Beer52 are a great little company and I enjoyed my time receiving their deliveries. Phoned up to cancel and Douglas was friendly and helpful, offered me a range of options. Would recommend.”

“Douglas was very polite, friendly and helpful - he helped me adjust my delivery address and frequency to suit my needs and then dropped me an email confirming the details of my subscription, which aren't always clear from the website dashboard. I'm a big fan of Beer52 - their boxes make great gifts for beer loving friends!”

“Great variety of beers at a great price, I've discovered some very interesting breweries thanks to my subscription; I have to cancel my membership for the time being but I am likely so subscribe again in the future. Service is great and Douglas has been very helpful, 5 stars service well deserved.”

“The beer was great and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to relish the different varieties and tastes of craft beers. Had to cancel my membership as I have to leave the country, but I look forward to trying another crate of craft beers when I get back. Douglas was very understanding, kind and polite as he helped me with the cancellation process. All round great company, great customer service and great beers.”

“Great beer, good people, sad to be leaving. Really great company and accommodating staff there, who clearly care about both the work they are doing and their customers. It really is good beer, wish I could have stayed for longer After unfortunately having to leave Beer 52 for personal finance reasons I was half expecting the exit procedure to be somewhat painstaking as it usually is elsewhere (have you ever tried cancelling Sky? It's actual hell). But after speaking to Douglas, he was incredibly helpful and understanding, a credit to the organisation. Once the economy is less unforgiving, I should hope to reinstate my membership with Beer 52, but until then I wish them all the best!”

“Product is fantastic. Price is reasonable as. You get a variety you couldn't get at the supermarket. Delivery has been OK... Not the most exciting part of the service but it has been largely reliable. Having to call to cancel subscription is a pain but Douglas handled it quickly for me. Did the retention questions professionally, advised of my outstanding credit and gave a good incentive to stay another month, but ultimately I'd already made the decision to leave. Was good that he wasn't pushy but still got all the obligatory business tasks complete. Hard to keep customers and managers pleased at things like that.”

“Douglas was awesome when I called up after being charged the full £24 instead of just the postage on the introductory offer!! He was polite and funny and reimbursed the difference straight away reinstalling my faith in Beer 52 again. Thanks Douglas. X”

“I really enjoyed chatting to Douglas on the phone. I called to cancel My subscription but changed my mind after speaking to Douglas as I had some Discount and instead paused my account and will use it as a Xmas present instead. I don’t even drink beer but the offer was good via Perkbox so bought it for a friend. I’d love to see a gin box 👍 but dogmas was really friendly and obviously knows his stuff.”

“Superb marketing. The beer arrived very quickly but I did find that being mostly continental brews unfortunately they weren't to my taste. I went to cancel my subscription by phone and thought I'd get the 'heavy sell' from someone. However, I spoke to the delightful Heather who assured me there was no problem about not wanting any further supplies. I think this company is very well run, but the brews were just not for me.”
