Customer service spot on, friendly cheerful happy and very helpful. Delivery arrived when they said so no problems on that side either. I just thought the light ale very tasteless ( German pale ) and I do not buy beer in cans, always as it always taints the taste. Will keep a look out for when you have a British theme box and will be back in touch. Many Thanks

Great customer service throughout, and all beer delivers in perfect condition. Unsubscribing process is easy but the willpower makes it hard to do. Guys like Douglas always give you a good reason to stay :)

I spoke to Douglas to cancel my subscription, he was very understanding and gave alternatives like freezing my account and informed me about the points I had on account but at no point did he seem pushy or anything other than pleasant. I decided that I will end my subscription but this choice had nothing to do with the excellent service I received.

Really nice and helpful guy, I called to cancel my subscription, and was a little anxious about doing it over the phone but he was very understanding and put me at ease. He wasn't pushy and just gave alternatives like freezing subscription and told me about the points on my account. I did decide to leave but this has nothing to do with the great service provided.

Douglas was pleasant and informative. I was going to cancel my account due to financial pressures, but he offered me the option of freezing it until March 2021 which I was happy to take.

I have been very impressed by BEER52 over the last 7 months. The quality of the products and the service has been excellent. I spoke to Douglas over the phone to cancel my order, which was a quick and easy process.

No issues with Beer52, just the expense is too much a month despite the great beers on offer. Douglas was helpful and friendly and managed to cancel my suscription quickly enough.

I had been subscribed to Beer52 for 8 months, and during this time, I received an excellent selection of beer, that I would not have had the opportunity to try otherwise, that was good value for money. I recently cancelled my subscription, but not due to the quality or service. This is done over the phone. I spoke to a very friendly chap called Douglas, who was pleasant, and enthusiastic, and it was a very easy process.

Great service . Spoke to Douglas today who was so kind and understanding about cancelling my membership. Beer came unbelievably quickly. We enjoyed some more than others - the magazine was really interesting and useful when it came to choosing which beer to have. Would recommend to everyone and have!! Hope to come back on the future
