“Douglas Munro is an amazing customer service representative and an asset to your company. While the beers you provide aren't exactly my style. Douglas was amazing and dealing with my cancellation and talking about whiskey and rums as he processed it.”

“I spoke with Douglas who answered the call very quickly. He listened to my issues and showed understanding. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription due to finances in the current climate but would not hesitate to start again should this change”

“Hi, I spoke to Douglas this morning who helped me cancel my subscription with ease. Douglas politely offered me 3 months at a reduced rate but its not something I can afford at the moment. I'll definitely be back with you guys at some point next year, and making the cancellation process easy, for me, encourages me to come back as a customer in the future. Thanks for the quick and easy call. Scott”
