“Hi, I spoke to Douglas this morning who helped me cancel my subscription with ease. Douglas politely offered me 3 months at a reduced rate but its not something I can afford at the moment. I'll definitely be back with you guys at some point next year, and making the cancellation process easy, for me, encourages me to come back as a customer in the future. Thanks for the quick and easy call. Scott”

“Douglas was great handling my questions, explained the options available very well and helped me reach a good conclusion. Not pushy with making me stay and polite with all my questions and concerns. Long wait on the phone but it's clear to see it's a very busy time!”

“Although not all the beers were to my exact taste these boxes gave me the experience to try something I might not usually. I love my DDH and DIPA but usually stay away from sours for example. I’ve actually had some really good ones in my deliveries which I’ve surprised myself by enjoying, and so even changed my viewpoint. Thankyou”
