“Douglas was great handling my questions, explained the options available very well and helped me reach a good conclusion. Not pushy with making me stay and polite with all my questions and concerns. Long wait on the phone but it's clear to see it's a very busy time!”

“Although not all the beers were to my exact taste these boxes gave me the experience to try something I might not usually. I love my DDH and DIPA but usually stay away from sours for example. I’ve actually had some really good ones in my deliveries which I’ve surprised myself by enjoying, and so even changed my viewpoint. Thankyou”

“I was on hold for a little while one Monday morning but once I got through, Douglas was warm, friendly and professional and processed my cancellation request without fuss. I got a confirmation email within seconds - great job, thank you.”

“Just called this morning to cancel my subscription as I didn't like many of the beers in the box I had delivered last week. Spoke to Douglas who was completely cool with that, we talked about possibly changing the mix, excluding dark beers which is better for me, Added to that, there's a discount on the next order, so I'll keep it going for now. There was no pressure to keep subscription going which was good!”
