“Great service from Callum D. Super helpful. Subscriptions are priced fairly, ability to get reward points makes it even better. Overall, nice selection of beers and wines! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a decent selection of both beers and/or wines from all over the world.”

“Tried Beer52 as a freebie intending to try and the probably cancel. I haven’t. These guys are awesome. Spoken to a couple of the team now and both times been impressed by their professional, helpful, courteous and friendly nature. Plus my husband loves the beer. May you grow and grow Beer 52!”

“Always fantastic service from Beer52 staff. Iannis went above and beyond for me to make sure that he addressed by query and made me feel like my loyalty and custom were appreciated by the company. Never meant to subscribe for so long but the service and quality has just improved over time. I also would really miss Ferment magazine; some of the best beer journalism in the UK.”

“Great Customer Service. Great Customer Service. First time I've had to deal with the customer Service of Beer52, that was to cancel my membership due to costs. Spoke to Callum, who went through the options, was very helpful.”

“Customer service 5* when I actually spoke to somebody. The first time I rang it took 15 minutes to speak to someone and then cut out straight away. I rang back straight after for another 15-20 minute wait. I also asked if my account could be cancelled after the next "christmas delivery". However I was told I would have to ring up again following this to cancel again. Because of the poor experience I decided to cancel straight away today.”

“Heartily enjoyed the beers and snacks. A great selection and made for a great gift. Speedy delivery and a great deal was definitely worth it. Customer service was also exceptionally helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to. Iannis (hope I spelt that correctly) if you see this, you’re an absolute credit to the company.”

“Really enjoyed the experience, the beers were not for me but if you like craft beer you will like this. Was nice to get a booklet about the beer was also very nice. Cancelled my order as the beer was not for me but Iannis Barron made it easy to cancel.”
