“5* and beers for Kirsty. She was lovely, understood and answered my issue quickly. Unfortunately the rest of the customer service experience wasn't quite as simple. Firstly waiting for the beer to be delivered first felt unnecessary then calling up to cancel the subscription is very inconvenient as the supported hours are when I should be working myself. Great hold music though.”

“Unfortunately I will not be in the UK for the next months and had to cancel my Beer52. Joel Gutteridge was so nice and helped me with it. Every time I’ve called Beer52, it’s like I’m speaking to a friend, hahha”

“Used a 1 time offer code and only paid delivery charges. Can't cancel subscription online you have to call them to do so. Takes a while to get through but spoke with Joel Gutteridge who was very helpful and happily cancelled this for me before I got charged. Typically offers extra deals but didn't feel forced or awkward. Happily go through the process for cheap discount deals in the future. Can't advise on the subscription service but for one off deals I didn't mind the process.”

“The service was excellent, Joel Gutteridge was who helped me and he was really helpful and friendly. The wine was lovely! Still waiting for the beer due to delays, but Beer52 have kept me updated with the situation. I am sure I will order again in the future. Thank you!”

“The service is fantastic and I loved getting my monthly beer boxes. Unfortunately I couldn't continue due to a change in circumstances but would definitely consider joining again in future. The selection is fab and the little gifts like the glass and books etc are a nice touch. Even if I can't get the monthly boxes I might still buy some stuff now and again from the shop. The customer service team are super helpful and knowledge, Kirsty Cleary was especially helpful and friendly. Great job guys :)”

“As my girlfriend is pregnant, I have decided to give up alcohol until the baby arrives. I phoned up to cancel, but Joel suggested I just postpone until later, which was a much better idea. Thanks again.”

“We trialled a box of beer from around the world, and was very impressed with the service. It was easy to order, speedy delivery and a wide variety of beer which is not something that we would usually experience. We did phone customer services and spoke to Iannis and he was very helpful and supported us with a speedy resolution to a query we had. Overall, impressed and would recommend.”

“I spoke to a lovely friendly gent called Joel. I discussed my subscription and with his help it has been adapted for me for what I feel comfortable with both in terms of money and beer. Joel was very knowledgeable and made me feel inclusive . I also love the selection of the beer on offer and it's different every delivery. Great company highly recommended.”

“I had to wait a little while before I could speak to someone but once Joel G answered, he was great! Really helpful, pleasant and efficient and I got what I needed quickly. Excellent customer service!”

“Fantastic !! If I could give more stars I would. Reliable and professional. Customer support, top notch. Spoke with a really nice chap called Joel Gutteridge( hope I've spelled his name correctly).
