“Nice selection of beer. Customer service was pleasant, although the hold time was longer than expected. Cancellation process is long winded, it would be better to have the option to cancel through your online account. 4 stars as it would be more convenient to fully control your account online.”

“Impossible to cancel once signed up. Easy to signup on line but they insist you cancel buy phone which is impossible to get through. I have had to have my credit card company block future payments to Beer 52 !! I would have bought future cases from them but not after this experience. I will buy from a reputable local retailer in future.”

“Phone lines busy today but once I got through to Douglas he was very helpful - no hard sell when I asked to cancel my subscription, nice and helpful. The beers are great too!”

“Ordered as a gift, so can’t comment on beers themselves. Rang up to cancel subscription as only wanted one box. Douglas was very friendly and made it quick and easy to cancel.”
