“The initial mail drop mentioned leave after the trial case which I wanted to do. Douglas tried is very best to encourage me to stay and it was quite tempting but I don't drink enough to make it a viable option. The prices appear quite reasonable although I'm not so sure about Hermes for the delivery. I've had some poor experiences with them in the past with other companies.”

“Good beers and fairly easy to manage your subscription online. The only problem, though, is that you have to ring up and wait on hold in order to cancel the subscription. Douglas, however, was very helpful on the phone once I got through and I especially appreciated how he wasn't too pushy with the offers tempting me to keep my subscription going.”

“Fast delivery and the packaging was great. Unfortunately we didn’t like the taste so had to cancel the subscription! Doug from the customer service was really friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!”

“I signed up for Beer52 as a Christmas present for my father in law, only to find out that my brother in law had done the same thing! Called to cancel my account which was easy to do. Spoke to a chap called Douglas who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.”

“Douglas was very personable, I told him why I needed to cancel the subscription and he seemed genuinely empathetic. Douglas told me about the credit and the option to pause the account so I didnt lose out but also did not push it as some target driven customer service reps are. Unfortunately I could not justify taking the offer up due to personal circumstances. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin when I am in a more stable financial situation again.”

“Lovely, chirpy, friendly customer service from Douglas. Beers were good and no problems with delivery or payment. Would be better to be able to manage your account online though as they are very busy and its hard to get through on the phone.”

“Beer is 100% on point! Delivery service was excellent. The only comment I have is, the android interface for your Web site is not as user friendly as the browser version. Other than that, keep up the good work!”
