“Dedlivery was on time. Cancelling was very straight forward. Douglas was very friendly and helpful. I explained that I couldn’t really afford £3 an item in the current economic climate and was hoping that the multibuys would have been the way ahead. Douglas went through some tempting options but they wouldn’t be available till January. I really wanted some more for Xmas. I do believe in what you are doing but currently it isn’t for me.”

“I was waiting on the phone for a while but I know it's a small company. The gentleman who I spoke to was very understanding to my situation and gave me good options. Alas I had to cancel however I will be returning in the future.”

“Douglas was extremely helpful in attempting to locate my recent delivery, which had not arrived. He then ordered a replacement case for me and changed the courier, due to the fact this has not been the 1st time I have had delivery issues from the courier Yodel. I was very pleased in the way Douglas dealt with the problem and needless to say, this has meant I will remain a loyal BEER52 customer!”
