“Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Had to cancel due to lack of funds but they were very understanding and helpful. Very nice beers, great delivery, just a luxury I can no longer stretch to.”

“Beer52 was quite busy when I called and it did take approximately 10 minutes to get through to the customer service team. However, once I got through Angus was very friendly and made the cancellation process simple. I was offered a half-price case but there was no pressure. I have enjoyed the beers and I will definitely be resubscribing to beer52 after my wedding :)”

“Always takes a bit of time to get through to customer service but once through always find they are very helpful and will do everything possible to keep you as a customer. The beers on offer are very different from your usual run-if-the-mill offerings and would recommend you give them a try as I’m sure you won’t be disappointed”

“Customer service is sterling, the £5 box was obviously loved the most, my next box is on the way now - 10 beers, mag & snack for £16. I wouldn't really be happy paying any more really but I'm only a n00b. Free delivery 👌 never had to deal with the returns & refund element!”

“Really enjoyed the first box of beers from New Zealand. Everything arrived as expected on time. Unfortunately had to cancel subscription due to a change in economic circumstances but would re-subscribe in the future. Thanks to Angus for assisting in cancelling the order, dealt with the request quickly and was very pleasant.”

“Received first box and really enjoyed them. Next order hit delivery problems but customer service from Phil who replied to my email was superb. Having since ordered my 3rd box I think I'm becoming a regular and can't wait for it to arrive, good communication and ultimately the beers are just that bit better than the selection from other beer deliveries I've tried!”
