“Douglas was very understanding and professional in dealing with my request. I love the beer but due to current circumstances, I have had to pause my subscription. The Hermes delivery man in the CW12 area is also worthy of note - always delivers with a smile and on time”

“This is a really great service and the company will go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The customer service team is excellent and Douglas who I spoke to was very helpful, polite and cheerful. I highly recommend the comoany for gifting or as a nice treat for yourself.”
