Douglas Munro took my call today, and it was to cancel the subscription but what I liked was there was no pushing to stay on board like the website was. I didn’t mind calling and was glad I got Douglas because they understood why I wanted to cancel, and even sent me a follow up email to help with a query I had, which you wouldn’t get from other companies knowing you want to cancel.

Douglas Munroe was my advisor and he was so lovely, I get anxious over the phone and he made me feel at ease unlike some services and their employees. It was easy to get through to an advisor and the wait time was minimal.

I spoke with Angus today and he was brilliant giving excellent customer service. The only reason I am cancelling my order is I purchased before Christmas with a view to having some unusual beers in for my Brother when he visits, current lockdown means he is unable to visit and therefore the orders are not required at this time. I will however be re-ordering when he is able to visit again. Fantastic choice of unusual beers make a fantastic talking point.

I've been with Beer52 for a few months. I don't really drink enough to keep the subscription going, but I wanted to say that the beers and customer service are exceptional. It's felt like a real treat to have such a delicious selection each month and whenever I've talked to the team, they are so friendly - it's been a real pleasure. I wish Beer52 all the best!

I cancelled my membership today and I had to be strong to go through with it. Angus's friendly voice, polite manner and not being pushy at all made it difficult for me. I think it is a wonderful little company with a very interesting selection of beers and I wish all the best for the future.

I have spoken to Douglas and attended my queries very efficiently. Enjoyed the beers but found it quite expensive though to be fair it is worth it.

Douglas was excellent at resolving the situation with mutually beneficial solution over the phone on under 10 minutes - Outstanding. Currently unable to collect during Hermes - The worst courier company out there, completely unobtainable - delivery windows, Douglas has put my subscription on hold till I'm capable of taking delivery again. He even arranged a refund on this one! Exceptional customer service that goes to 11, Douglas, you rock 🌟🎸
