“They're a very straightforward, 'real' company to deal with which is greatly appreciated, especially as you don't speak to a robot when trying to deal with an issue! I had an problem with a delivery, and they sorted it out after a quick phone call. Would recommend.”

“I've been a subscriber for some time, and have had no issues. I've even has a couple of free upgrades for customer loyalty which is much appreciated. I've just got off the phone with Douglas who was lovely, professional and helpful so can highly commend.”

“Douglas called me to discuss my subscription and offer me an extra 2 beers in my next box for free and if I had any problems with the service in general. Nice guy, no pressure or hassling.”

“Been using Beer52 for a few a while now. Always had a great service with them. No real issues with delivery etc and have enjoyed the beers. Also found the the Ferment magazine to be really good. Had a wee chat with Douglas who took the time to ring up and check I was happy with the service, lovely little touch (not many businesses would do something like that these days).”

“I received a Beer52 gift card and when I placed an order found that I had limited choice of ales so contacted the company to ask to be able to choose my order . They were unable to do this. As a promotional offer I then received a discount on my next order but again was limited in what I could request. At this point I made contact with the company to chat about what I could do to order beer of my choosing but found the lack of help frustrating and felt a certain degree of disinterest from staff to help or to receive feedback. I have cancelled my membership as a result and have came away with the impression that the firm is more interested in marketing and sales than customer service.”
