“Douglas was very helpful, very informative and sorted out some issues I had been having with delivery, he was also very knowledgeable and was very correct in his information after finding out that I was at Oban Distillery at the time of his call. Happy to receive calls, not pushy and felt like talking to a friend.”

“Received a call from Douglas who was very friendly and informative. Unsurprisingly it didn't take me long to decide I did want to upgrade to the 12 pack. Quick, easy and not pushy.”

“Took a call from Douglas yesterday offering two additional beers, in my next pack, for free. It's then my choice to leave the subscription as such or downgrade back to what I have now. All well explained and no pushy sales tactics.”

“I rang up to today to cancel my subscription. Douglas took my call and we agreed to postpone matters until December. This was not an option on the website, but it was a preferred option that Douglas and his Magic Keys could access! Thank you, my faceless friend!”

“I have been a subscription member for over 6 months and have been blown away by the quality and variety of beers. The customer service has also been fantastic. I made the difficult decision to cancel my subscription due to circumstances, but hope to return again in the future. Highly recommend Beer52!”
