“First class service. Delivery was lost in transit. I emailed and within the hour Natalie had got back to me and sorted a replacement which she assured me would be urgently posted to me. Can't beat that for service.”

“One of my boxes didn't get delivered but when I emailed to enquire I heard back immediately from Natalie who explained the issue and resolved it straight away by sending me a replacement box. Superb customer service.”
