“Lovely, chirpy, friendly customer service from Douglas. Beers were good and no problems with delivery or payment. Would be better to be able to manage your account online though as they are very busy and its hard to get through on the phone.”

“Although a bit of a wait time(Xmas/Rona what can you do?!) Angus had fabulous customer service and carried out my request efficiently, with a sense of humour and carried out an all-round lovely HUMAN interaction.
