“Ordered beers on a promotion to try. Everything to do with Beer52 including delivery, quality etc was great. I wasn’t personally a fan of the beers and so cancelled my subscription. Douglas was kind and helpful and no messing about when I wanted to cancel. Great service just not for me”

“I bought the Beers for my partner a great lover of craft Beers and he absolutely loved them. A great selection with a fab magazine and some tasty free nuts he was over the moon. Highly recommend as a present for a Beer lover. Brilliant customer service from Angus and prompt delivery !!! Well done Beer52”

“Angus was really friendly and helpful on the phone, and offered me discount coupons as an option instead of cancelling my subscription. He even apologised for my delivery being late, which I hadn't even noticed as it only took two days! A really nice company with excellent customer service, I'll be back as soon as possible!”

“Douglas was very thoughtful and helpful with my enquiries and I had no complaints about the beer quality. The beer was delivered quite quickly though the Hermes tracking was a bit lacking in details.”

“The initial mail drop mentioned leave after the trial case which I wanted to do. Douglas tried is very best to encourage me to stay and it was quite tempting but I don't drink enough to make it a viable option. The prices appear quite reasonable although I'm not so sure about Hermes for the delivery. I've had some poor experiences with them in the past with other companies.”

“I signed up for Beer52 as a Christmas present for my father in law, only to find out that my brother in law had done the same thing! Called to cancel my account which was easy to do. Spoke to a chap called Douglas who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.”

“Douglas was very personable, I told him why I needed to cancel the subscription and he seemed genuinely empathetic. Douglas told me about the credit and the option to pause the account so I didnt lose out but also did not push it as some target driven customer service reps are. Unfortunately I could not justify taking the offer up due to personal circumstances. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin when I am in a more stable financial situation again.”
