“Douglas was fantastic on the call today. My line was terrible, but he stuck with it and even arranged for a call back. Great service and we even had a laugh along the way due to some unfortunately timed fit of hiccups!”

“Was a very quick service and easy to cancel, Douglas did try and convince me to stay and even offered some freebies / discount on next box, but beers just weren't to my taste, would possibly subscribe again if options were expanded in future”
