“I registered using the Lockdown Offer for a birthday gift and it arrived within a few days which was great. Once it arrived, I was ready to cancel but I have to remove a star as cancelling a subscription should be as easy as signing up therefore should be possible using the website. However Douglas was very helpful and quick over the phone regarding the cancellation.”

“I needed to cancel my membership and Douglas was super friendly and helpful. He didn’t give me the hard sell (I had already agreed to one more month at a reduced rate). Sadly I still couldn’t afford this luxury this month so I had to cancel for good. Will be back when I can afford it!”
