“I experienced issues with the delivery of my beers so decided a subscription was not for me as I do not want the monthly chore of checking up on the delivery status and staying home for delivery. I therefore called to cancel my subscription and spoke to Douglas who confirmed the subscription would be cancelled and was understanding of my reasons why. Due to this good customer service I will consider giving the subscription another shot in the future, its just not going to work for me at this current time. My 4 star rating is reflective of my delivery service, not the beers or customer service.”

“The nice thing about it is it feels like you’re getting a little present for yourself through the post (especially if you’ve forgotten about it and it turns up unexpectedly). When calling up Douglas was really nice, understanding and helpful- definitely give it a try!”

“I have just cancelled my subscription, having realised that a regular beer delivery was not for me. However, the company supply an interesting range of good beers albeit a bit expensive. A very friendly organisation to deal with.”

“Eclectic range of beers each month. I enjoyed the voyage of discovery. No problems with deliveries and I always found the customer service guys courteous and helpful. (I say "guys" but I think I spoke to Angus on both occasions!)”

“The service is great and the customer service is awesome as well. The selection of beers you receive gives you the chance to try different things if you're a bit wary of going and buying a whole case on your own. This takes the hassle out of buying something and not liking it. Douglas was really helpful with my query.”

“Douglas finally resolved the delivery problem with my beers. Of all the staff that I have spoken to at BEER52, all have been very friendly and helpful but for whatever reason my first ever beer order never arrived within the time promised! Eureka! my beer has finally arrived after almost one month from the original date of my order, well done Douglas.”
