“Easy to sign up, great offers and quick delivery. I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription, this was a phone call to a really lovely understanding man. No pushy sales tactics. I’d definitely order again for a gift or sign up again in the future.”

“Hi, I'd never heard of Beer52 until I came across an advert on Facebook with a brilliant offer on craft Belgian beers (can never resist them). I've tried a couple out of the crate so far and are exactly what I'd expect of Belgian beer....amazing! When cancelling my subscription, I dealt with Douglas who was very polite and cheery, despite the aforementioned. I would definitely recommend Beer52 if you want to sample a vast selection of beers, rather than sticking to what's on your locals pumps.”

“Can't fault Beer52's customer service. Just got off the phone with Douglas - he was cheerful and helpful when I wanted to cancel my subscription. Sadly I couldn't recommend Beer52 to anyone beyond the most casual beer enthusiast with deep pockets. The beers were pleasant, though, like many "craft" beers, samey with the flavours disguised by unjustifiably high ABV. At £3 for a small can or bottle, they're not an attractive proposition. Most home drinkers would be far better off looking to buy from their local brewery directly, which I've found usually works out at £3-4 a litre.”

“The service is good. I enjoyed the experience. It is probably a bit expensive, working out at £3 per can or bottle (roughly). The beers are generally good, obviously its a bit pot luck, but thats half the fun. Customer service is good, though I'm sure cancellation could be performed online. I don't personally read the leaflets but a lot of work seems to go into them. No doubt the most fervent enthusiasts with enjoy them.”

“My husband absolutely loved the monthly boxes and beer fests. We would continue our subscription if it weren't for us moving to America. Douglas M in customer service was very helpful and made our cancelation easy. I would highly recommend trying it out!”

“I would highly recommend Beer52 for anyone who loves their beer and wants to try something new. I received an offer for a free box of beer and then continued my subscription for a further 5 months. Each box was varied and contained beers I had never heard of before. I have discovered some wonderful beers that I otherwise would never have tried. If it wasn't for needing to save money I would have continued my subscription and hope to be back. The cancellation process was very easy and there was no pressure at all to stay signed up. Very good product and service, highly recommended.”

“They sent me unsolicited letter offering a free case if I subscribed. I googled and it seems like it is impossible to cancel subscription. Another observation... it looks like a lot of the recent reviews with 5stars were anonymous and use similar language... seems very suspicious to me.”
