Living in a remote area I thought I would try some different beers. The trial pack arrived promptly and I worked my way through the samples. I have to say that I did not find any beer that made me think I would try it again. Disappointing. When I called to cancel my future subscription, after a few minutes on hold, I found Douglas very helpful and he understood my reasons for not wishing to receive any further deliveries.

Called to cancel my subscription, Douglas told me i had £10 in credit and advised to put my membership on hold until March next year. Beers are amazing, especially th German beers i received in October.

Very friendly customer services team always helpful. Great service wide variety of beer selection every month and even options for Vegan and Light/Dark beer. WOULD RECOMMEND !

I was pleased to receive my launch case. I'm not a heavy beer drinker as so decided not to continue with my subscription. Douglas was very helpful in handling my cancelation.

Signed up for a crate for free with the Golden Ticket promotion. Not all the beers were for me and was able to cancel via telephone only. A small wait of around 10mins to get through and Douglas Munro was very kind and polite in canceling the subscription.

Rang up today with a view to cancelling my subscription, due to financial constraints, but the lovely adviser, Douglas, was able to assist and put my account on hold. I really enjoyed the beers I got from my original pack and would be a shame to lose my loyalty bonus. So we both agreed the hold extension was the best idea. He provided me great customer service and I hope I get to speak to him again! :-)

I think BEER52 is a great idea and I received my free pack to sample which I ordered as an extra Xmas present for my elderly father who used to enjoy Pale Ale in his day. Unfortunately, the beers were too high a volume for him in the main and some were flavoured which would be too ‘different’ for him. I called and explained this to a very pleasant Douglas who cancelled my subscription straight away and wished me a pleasant day!

After receiving my beer advent calendar and winning another 8 free beers with the scratchcard, I was well stocked up and decided to cancel my subscription. This process was quick and simple with a phonecall to Beer52 and after a brief 5 minute chat with Douglas the subscription was cancelled. Thank You Douglas and thank you Beer52.
