I had a problem with my account linking new challenges I had purchased but I reached out to customer support and they were awesome and fast in geting it taken care of and showing like it should be. Very very happy with this app! There is a lot of variety and I can love that I can choose a quick workout when I don't have time for a longer workout!

Chair exercises were appropriate for me. The recipes were simple and good. I liked the program. Service was also good. Refund process was excellent, more than I deserved actually - advise anyone to read everything about refunds before signing up.

The BetterMe team was quick to respond to my issue and very helpful. I originally was asking for a refund which they were happy to do but when they offered me a better price, I decided to stay as I really think the program is great!

The first time I signed up, I was paying $13 a month. I wasn’t using it so cancelled it. I came across an ad on FC and now only pay $19 a year through Apple subscriptions. I Love this program! It took me a while to get into it but when I finally got off my but and started doing the wall Pilates, I was hooked. I’ve lost over 20 pounds and my body is noticeably transformed. I haven’t dug II to the rest of the app but would highly recommend it.
