I really enjoyed exercising its contents. It wasn’t intense or too many workout for me just 15 minutes of stretching. However the worst part is cancellation. It took more steps than usual subscription services and they now it’s cumbersome.

אני רוצה לציין לשבח את המענה המהיר והאדיב של הצוות. את ההסברים המפורטים לטעויות שלי- שלא שמתי לב שהמנוי מוארך אוטומטית ואת . הטעות שלכם שלא שלחתם חשבוניות על הרכישה. אבל הכי הערכתי את האמון שלכם בי כלקוחה פגועה שמדווחת שלא עשינו שימוש במוצרים כי לא ידעתי שאני ממשיכה לשלם - והאמנתם לי. אני כאדם שערך האמת חשוב לו במיוחד מאד מעריכה כשמישהו מבין שמונחת פה אמת. וייתכן כיש שבהתחלה כעסתי והגבתי מהבטן כי הרגשתי נגזלת ולא הבנתי איך הגענו לכל החיובים האלה אם לא רכשתי כלום. אך לאחר ההסבר וזה שהאמנתם שבאמת לא רכשנו שום תוכנית או מוצר חדש, ריגש אותי. תודה על החזרה התשלום. מעריכה מאד
