I couldn't be more happier with BetterMe. They offer a super affordable plan with so many benefits!! It's versatile to your ability and offers more than just pilates, such as meal planning with recipes included!!!, meal tracking, yoga, stretching, work out dancing, boxing and much more! That is the part I love the most about BetterMe, you can choose from over 50 different training types that have multiple videos in each category that you can access any time while in your plan. I emailed the customer service team to help me change my daily workout. Not only did they respond efficiently, they changed it for me on their end so I didn't need to! Definitely give this app a go. I promise you will not be disappointed! ❤️

I’m liking the workouts so far. More importantly, when an issue came to light with my account, it was quickly dealt with to my satisfaction which gives me the confidence to continue with my subscription.

I had to speak with a few different agents but someone finally understood my situation and took care of it 100%. I’m giving you all 5 stars, because you all helped me more than you know. Ho iniziato il percorso perché avevo bisogno di rendere piu elastica la mia schiena. Dopo qualche giorno ho avuto problemi alla schiena e ho preferito annullare tutto. Ho spiegato il problema all’ assistenza l quale ha provveduto tempestivamente ad annullare il rinnovo dell abbonamento e a rimborsarmi l importo. Sono super Soddisfatta dell assistenza Grazie

Just not strong enough due to health issues. I guess I just wanted the chair yoga and start slowly so I could build myself up. Thanks for the experience.

When I ordered I was very motivated to fulfill my 28-day trial and my 7-day coaching trial. However, almost immediately I experienced some problems with my health. Chase, my coach, was very helpful with checking on me and my progress and when we both understood I was not going to complete the exercises, he volunteered to cancel both programs for me. He was so kind and thoughtful and made everything so easy for me. It was a blessing as I am in my 70s and was unsure how to handle it all. Customer service was wonderful! As I get better, I may try again.

The customer service at BetterMe are extremely helpful. My mother became unwell so couldn't continue with the program. She had difficulty cancelling her subscription. The customer service team were prompt, very understanding and solved her issue easily.
