“I was about to purchase a gimbal/tripod head from the manufacturer however, I live in the UK and prefer to pay all taxes/import duties etc during purchase, the manufacturer did not offer this option however, they were offering a 15% discount, I contacted B&H via chat and explained the situation and they price matched so ordered from them and got cheaper postage as well.”
