“Clean, easy-to-navigate interface; quick, easy checkout w/ a nice selection of delivery options. Only complaint is that selecting any of the 'Overview', 'Specs', 'Reviews', etc options on a given product page adds clicks if I'm planning to navigate back to, say, a search page.”

“I signed up for product updates of an item I've been looking to buy and is out of stock everywhere. After many months of updates, they notified me an the item is in stock. I immediately got onto the website and ordered one. Very satisfied with the process. I've bought several items from B&H and have not had any issues with my orders, including being in stock and quick delivery process.”

“I tried to change the payment method and use my credit card, what would be much more convenient, instead of my debt card but your system went mental and didn't let me proceed. So. I had to pay with my debt card. If you don't let people change payment methods then please don't offer the option.”
