“Good customer service, very quick ship time. Thank you”

“They had the part I needed (Rainbird rain wireless rain detector) and shipped it quickly. In today's times of shortages and slow delivery, that is extraordinary!”

Helpful Report

“Ordering was very easy. Product arrived within a few days. We are very happy with our replacement parts.”

“Great service; thanks! Unfortunately, I guess I ordered the wrong part. By the looks of the photo online, I thought I had ordered a larger diameter graphite packing washer than what I received. I wanted the left-hand thread packing washer for the Prier faucet, which do look like what your website shows. The ones I received may be for the right-hand thread faucet(?) because they are smaller in diameter... and they have an "RH" stamped on them. (See comparison of what was sent to the image of the washer on your site.) Oh well, my mistake no doubt. But thanks for the good service!”

“I never received my order. Terrible customer service. I will definitely shop elsewhere.”

“👍 good job people I'll be ordering again and again and again and again and again!”

Helpful Report

“May purchase arrived in good condition. The irrigation/sprinkler head guards [donuts] will be installed in the very near future.”

Helpful Report

“The sink is great! We use it outdoors at our cat shelter. It's big enough to clean litter boxes and cat carriers so we don't get wet by using just a hose. We may even buy another one!”

Helpful Report

“Easy website navigation, amazingly fast shipping, great prices! Thanks!”

“This timer is excellent. Easy to install and manage with application. 100% recommend it.”

“I never received my order. I had to continually request a status update. Evidently, an incomplete address was used when the order was shipped. I was notified that the order was returned. I provided the complete address and requested that order be resent. Instead, Big Frog just issued a refund. I guarantee you, I will do my shopping elsewhere”

“Item was lost in mail. I've reached out 3 times. 2 by email one by phone and have yet to get a response. I no longer need said item because i bought it from Amazon.”

Helpful Report

“Big frog supply was the only place I could find this item. So happy I did because they are working fantastic and love the ease of the b-hyve timer.”

Helpful Report

“I ordered an 11.5 inch vent for a tankless water heater. You sent a 21 inch vent and I had to buy the 11.5 from another vendor. When I returned the 21 inch vent your employees lied that it was the correct vent that I ordered. I asked the employee to take a photo showing how long the returned vent was and that was refused. You are totally dishonest.”
