“Found the part for my HydroTek valve at good price. This particular parts is dificult to find and most of the time only on the manufacturer website. Big Frog had it in stock and ready to ship on the same day. Excellent ! Saved the website location for lawn service parts.”

“Order was exactly as I expected and quick to arrive. 1 thing I would suggest, I ordered hose connectors, 3 types, 20 of each. When they arrived, I received a bag of 25 with 5 taken out. I did not see an available bag. I would have gotten the full bag of each had the option been seen.”

“I called Big Frog at 4:45 PM on a Friday afternoon. After listening to the menu, I selected the number to speak with a representative. I had to leave a message and was sure that I would not get a response and if I did it would be the following week. Imagine my surprise when Tyler returned my call in less than five minutes. He was very helpful. I received my order by the following Wednesday, just in time for our contractor to install it. Thank you Big Frog!”
