“My first delivery was declared undeliverable due to damage and you promptly filled my reorder and refunded my first order. I’m not clear what happened to the first package but I will speculate that it may have had the same damage only worse as the second delivery. It appeared that both bottles of solution leaked substantially enough to destroy the pump package and paperwork insure the tub and the outer paper fill and outer box were wet. I’d suggest a better shipping approach would be to put the 32 oz solution in ziplock bags to eliminate this issue”

“Big Frog Supply quickly shipped a high quality water well pump to me, I have zero negative comment regarding this transaction, I do have a problem with their product carrier FedEx. People like myself living on a remote ranch in southwest Texas where back country roads are basically jeep trails at best, depends on a delivery service that capable to deliver in harsh environment (like UPS) w/ 4wd vehicles. FedEx posted delivered to customer via email which lead me into days of searching the largest county in Texas for my pump with no help from all parties involved.”

“Need to offer an adapter for using a Jameson pruner head (which seems solidly designed, but may need a longer rope) with Lightning Stik carbon fiber poles or at least provide advice of whether/how one can connect the two by drilling into the pole as I did. Bullfrog could be more timely in delivery.”
