“Great service; thanks! Unfortunately, I guess I ordered the wrong part. By the looks of the photo online, I thought I had ordered a larger diameter graphite packing washer than what I received. I wanted the left-hand thread packing washer for the Prier faucet, which do look like what your website shows. The ones I received may be for the right-hand thread faucet(?) because they are smaller in diameter... and they have an "RH" stamped on them. (See comparison of what was sent to the image of the washer on your site.) Oh well, my mistake no doubt. But thanks for the good service!”

“Ordered a new pump today, 5/11/2022 chatted with rep on FB yesterday and called and talked with rep today very pleased so far will update when item arrives. 5/12/2022 pump arrived today and was in box and had piece of plywood on bottom to keep secure, all hooked up an running, will buy from Big Frog again. “bought an sprinkler wrench that Lowes sells for $5 for $8 but (Lowes was out of stock). Arrived very fast, but shipping was $10. So I paid Basically almost $20 for a $5 item. Shipping cost more then the item. Yes it was fast but I would have gladly waited a few days dor it to arrive if a lower cost shipping option was available. I had no Idea how long it would take for Lowes to get back in stock so I was willing to overpay on a small dollar item. just wish I could have shipped ground. Would never have done this on a more expensive item. Like I said Service was great... price not so much.”

“Ideally packaging could have been better. Box arrived in rough shape and items were loosely in the box. Had several small items in the order so had to verify nothing fell out of the box during shipping. Competitive pricing and fast shipping otherwise.”
