“I had a very hard time trying to find plumbing replacement parts for a couple stopcock valves that were installed in the 1970s. Making things harder was the fact that the original company was sold to another but they new company did still make replacement parts. Big Frog could get them!! The only reason I can't rate the service a "5" is the long lead time (>2wk) in getting the parts shipped to me. They parts were as expected and corrected my problem.”

“Product was here in about a week. Big Frog sends by mail and that is always slow and NO tracking that works. I have no problem with Big Frog at all but the hand trimmer sticks after some use and I have to stop and oil it, then it works good for quite a while. This is why the four stars.”

“The order arrived timely. It was new. It was what I ordered. The price was right. However, when I tried to open the Irritrol Rain Bird R 600 sprinkler console, it was so tight I could not open it without injuring the equipment (or my hands). I am a strong person. I finally put part of it in a vice and used a hammer to open it. Luckily, I did not damage it. Jim Douglas”

“I purchased a specific shaft from the Prier spigot line. Big Frog sent me the incorrect part. (The part you sent does not match what I ordered.) I contacted Big Frog and you agreed the wrong part was sent. All this is good. However, it has been several days and I have not heard how you will resolve the issue. I really want the part I ordered. My spigot is inoperative until I get this part.”
