“I purchased some hedge clippers from Big Frog. The shipping was faster than stated, and the clippers arrived in good shape. So that part is five stars. The only reason for dropping a star is Big Frog's return policy, which allows them to charge up to 40% of the price of the item for returns. That sounds sobering, and I made SURE, as best I could, that I really wanted the item before I ordered it. That said, I am guessing Big Frog reserves the right to charge UP TO 40% for returns to cover shipping costs both ways for the returned item. On my clippers the shipping was "free"—that is, included in the price of the item itself. So if I returned it Big Frog would be out the shipping costs both ways. What I am trying to say is though their policy sounds pretty extreme, it isn't really that unreasonable. But there are better shipping and return policies out there, which is why I knocked off one star.”

“The item came in a box that looked like it was run over by a forklift. The Fed ex driver would not make a note of damage, because it was covered with Big Frog tape. Damage was made in warehouse. I have used it and so far it is working.”
