“The supplies from Big Frog are excellent. They always have exactly what I am looking for and save me multiple trips back and forth to the hardware store. I always buy a few extra connectors so when issues arise with my irrigation (usually due to d**n squirrels) I can fix it immediately; saving water and time.”

“Easy website transaction, but still waiting for FedEx to deliver. Tracking still shows it in N.C. where it has languished for about 5 or 6 days. Still a long journey to the west coast via ground.”

Helpful Report

“Great company, with fair prices. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they sent me the wrong part and it didn't work properly. However they didn't hesitate to give me a refund, so I would probably purchase from them again.”

Helpful Report

“Service was good and the product was as shown. Very happy with the purchase.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service. The item was as described and exactly what I needed. My only criticism is that the shipping was a little slow. Otherwise, i highly recommend Big Frog.”

Helpful Report

“Original package mis-labelled from supplier, Big Frog turned around correct material very quickly!”

Helpful Report

“The item had been backordered so I had to wait longer than usual but once it was in stock it was shipped to me immediately. My only issue was that the plastic cover that covers the top of the unit was missing. This plastic cover is only to cover the top of the unit during construction and once complete it is removed.”

Helpful Report

“Delivery was very quick but I gave 4 stars because I don't know about there customer service especially it comes to return policy.”

Helpful Report

“Big Frog Supply delivered the items quickly and the items look ok. One of the items had an opening in the packaging but appears new and in new condition.”

Helpful Report

“Fast, accurate and in stock. Little more expensive then other on line retailers.”

Helpful Report

“Fast delivery, and the exact part. It made putting it back together a breeze.”

Helpful Report

“Good product. Packaging for shipping could have been better, Box was damaged and top works of one valve fell off. Reassembled and seems to be working.”

Helpful Report

“We love the new up lights that we bought on line from Big Frog. The website had the fixtures that we wanted and they were delivered in a week. One thing that I had trouble with was tracking the package. But Big Frog quickly responded to my email questions about delivery status.”
