“I placed an order for a tankless water heater with a model number RUR199IN. . Got a call right away from Ruby that an upgraded model RUR199IN will be shipped automaticallu even if the cheaper model RUR98IN was purchased. Which is about $400-500 difference. Had to have the valve drain plug replaced, and it was shipped immediately. Excellent service!!!”
