“Big Frog Supply blew me away. Talk about first class service. I had a defective Rainbird module that was still under warranty. Emailed Big Frog and they emailed me back and asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement. I replied I wanted a replacement. I receive an email with a return label. While I'm mailing the defective unit back, Big Frog sends another email telling me a replacement was mailed out to me. I started this process on a Monday after 4 PM and had the replacement by noon on Thursday.”
