“I placed an order for 6 items on Monday, order was shipped via FedEx Express on Tuesday. The order arrived on Thursday, however, the package was delivered torn open and only containing 1 of the ordered items. I contacted Big Frog by email to see if order was shipped in more than one package. I received an return email from Big Frog w/i minutes advising that I would receive an email shortly advising of my new tracking number for the re-shipping of the missing items. I received an email advising the order was re-shipped and a new tracking number in less than an hour of my reporting the missing items. Items arrived on following Monday. Shipping was fast, Customer Service was Great, items were as depicted. Thank you Big Frog!”

“I haven’t received my order yet, FedEx said they put it on my front porch at 2:43pm. I seen the FedEx truck but they didn’t leave anything on my front porch, because I don’t have a porch. So I reported the no Delivery and i am still waiting for my order! Although I was impressed with how quickly Big Frog tried to get me my order. It’s to bad FedEx didn’t do the job they were payed to do.”
