Helpful Report

“Parts i ordered showed up in filthy plastic original bags, one of which was opened and stapled closed. I "think" they were new, but the packaging would suggested they were not well taken care of. Be cautious.”

Hey Scott, Thanks for contacting us about this. We only sell new products, never used. We actually receive the product like that from the manufacturer. Rain Bird, Hunter, & Toro have tons of bags of product sitting on shelves getting dirty over time. You received your order in those bags as they fit the product and will help contain them so loose parts don't jumble around in shipping. If you have any further concerns, please email info@bigfrogsupply.com. - Thanks, Jan
