“Fast delivery. Ordered one night online and the next day it was on the truck with an email and a tracking number. I also called to verify the order and was well treated (in clear English). 4 stars because I could have used a clearer package description. Other places included a nozzle tree with their sprinkler head orders and I assumed this one did as well. I was wrong. But I have no doubt that if I called with that question I would have gotten a friendly answer. I received what I ordered in good time and condition.”

“I had questions about the validity of their company due to some recent issues with on-line companies. They were very quick with their response and gave me resources to check out their company. My order was delivered in the time promised. The cost with Big Frog Supply was very competitive.”

“I was referred to you by a neighbor that used your company for the first time. I needed the same components that he ordered from you. I placed my order by phone with Phil (order # 104493). It took about a week for the package to arrive but everything showed up in good shape and the order was accurate. The thing that I was hoping would show up in the carton was a priced packing list or invoice showing what I paid. I would still like this document. Please email it to me at careycrew@aol.com. Thank you. Tim Carey”
