“I never had to call and asked anything. Everything was made clear in the Q&A. Above all I was notified every step of the way. I will recommend them to other contractors.”

Helpful Report

“Shipping was as promised, run very quiet. Installing was a snap. Can not program for daily operations. Followed instruction step by step and shows it programmed but Will not turn sprinklers on. Work fine on manual so I know valves are receiving power from control.”

“I was told this was a direct replacement for our Jacuzzi pump with 1 1/2" fittings. Wrong the Jacuzzi fittings are 1 1/2" self aligning and don't cross. After retro work pumped worked for.”

Helpful Report

“Good price and easy transaction, and fast delivery, thanks.”

“Was not notified item ordered was not available at the time of order. Sent follow up email 10 days after order & got no response. Called 2 days after that and the person I talked to told me item was on back order and didn't know when the item would be shipped. Finally received item several days later after ordering replacement directly from Rain Bird.”

“I ordered a Maxi Jumbo Valve Box. It arrived in great condition and was of high quality. My only complaint was the length of time it took to ship the valve box. It only took 5 days from the time UPS picked up the parcel in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, US to get it to Colorado. It was ordered May 6, 2017 and received May 25, 2017. Why did it take two weeks to get the product ready to ship? There was no communication/email from Big Frog Supply during this long delay as to status of order.”

Helpful Report

“Big Frog had the best price on the item I was looking for (sprinkler system indexing valve), and they had it at my door 3 days after I ordered it. Those are the things I value most when I shop online.”

Helpful Report

“I needed to order some Rain Bird sprinkler heads. I had a question about them since it seems the sprinkler heads were different from the ones I purchased 13 years ago. So, I called them. The fellow who answered the phone was very helpful, so I then order several of the sprinkler heads, 2 different kinds, so I could replace my old ones. I appreciate the very good customer service.”

Helpful Report

“Ordering process went very well; Nozzles I ordered came with Screens which were not displayed at website so I assumed would not be included with the Sprinkler nozzes....so an added Bonus.....Great Shopping experience”

Helpful Report

“I could not be more satisfied with my phone call to customer service then the price and super fast shipping. A new site I will continue to search on and use. Thank you!”
